1. For Health & Insurance issues, contact the Ryder BenefitsNow Service Center or your insurance carrier directly, as explained below, for the benefits information you need. Note that most carriers offer both a phone number and a web site. Ryder BenefitsNow Service Center phone representatives can also assist you with web site applications, if needed. Keep in mind, research into some issues may take several days and in some cases you may have to wait for an answer.
2. For Retirement program issues, contact the Ryder Retirement Service Center, administered by Fidelity Investments.
3. Make note of the date, and the name and phone number of the representative you are speaking with. If you believe they are not able or willing to help you, or they do not refer you to someone else who can help you, ask to speak to their Supervisor.
4. After Steps 1 through 3 have been exhausted, contact your HR dept. for assistance if you are still unable to get the information you need. Please provide HR with the name of the person you spoke with so they can help you.

Medical, Dental, Disability, or Life Insurance:

• Review your benefit elections
• Enroll in Health and Welfare benefits as a newly eligible employee
• Report a Change in Family Status like marriage or the birth of a child
• Update dependent information such as a social security number or updating student status of a dependent child over 19
• Payroll deductions for your benefits
• Question on tuition reimbursement or a tuition reimbursement payment
• Question on tuition assistance, flexible spending account, or adoption assistance

401(k) Savings Plan

• Enroll in the 401(k) Savings Plan
• Change your contribution amount
• Change your fund elections
• Receive updated account values
• Apply for loans and withdrawals

Pension Plan – if eligible

• Request information on your Pension Plan
• Receive an estimated amount of your Pension Plan benefits
• Model your Retirement Plan benefits using specific retirement age or date
